Chris Thoreau founded Urban Micro in 2014 to provide training and consult support to microgreens growers across North America; SeedLeaf is a continuation of that work. Chris brings over a decade of microgreens production experience to guide the development of the SeedLeaf platform. While developing SeedLeaf Chris is also completing his Master’s degree at the University of British Columbia, with a focus on regional seed systems and seed sovereignty.
